The best way to learn about the Alexander Technique is to experience it for yourself. That can be done by scheduling an introductory private lesson which is tailored to the particular needs of the individual. Alternatively, an overview of the history and concepts of this work can be learned in a group setting. The following schedule lists upcoming introductory workshops that I will be teaching in the greater Boston area. Introductory workshops can be arranged for private groups as well. |
